The flavor for a limited time in spring is ‘Bakke‘. Fukinotou is called “Bakke” around here. Fukinotou is an edible wild plant which can be harvested in mountains around spring. I haven’t eaten it yet so I want to try it next time.
I ordered sesame and cream cheese. Especially sesame is my recommendation.
Sesame has a refreshing sweetness and the flavor of sesame smells. Cream cheese tastes like rare cheesecake. Both are very delicious!
